When not on her mat, Casey can be found reading, having dance parties, baking, binge-watching Netflix, singing karaoke, drinking insane amounts of coffee, and road tripping across the U.S. with her husband (and best friend) Neil and their three spirited kids: Bennett, Mallory, and Amelia. Like Casey, Neil also serves in soul care and coaching to church/non-profit leaders through Thrive Residency and Standing Stone Ministry.
Together, Casey & Neil envision working more closely as a couple in the years ahead, nurturing wholeness and providing spiritual care and coaching to individuals, couples, and families who seek wisdom, direction, joy, and peace. Is that you? Reach out if you need some help for the journey.
