• About Casey

    Casey was born and raised in sunny southern California and has lived in Knoxville, TN since 2016. She is a yoga instructor, certified in both Hot Power Yoga (2014) and Holy Yoga (2015), and previously served as a Regional Shepherd for the Holy Yoga Foundation (2016-19). She has a passion for nurturing wholeness in others, and her classes provide an environment of grace, freedom, and healing. Casey teaches many styles of yoga to students of all ages and stages of life, and is certified in Trauma Sensitive Holy Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, and Kids Holy Yoga.

    When not on her mat, Casey can be found reading, having dance parties, baking, binge-watching Netflix, singing karaoke, drinking insane amounts of coffee, and road tripping across the U.S. with her husband (and best friend) Neil and their three spirited kids: Bennett, Mallory, and Amelia. Like Casey, Neil also serves in soul care and coaching to church/non-profit leaders through Thrive Residency and Standing Stone Ministry.
